Administration Supervisor – New Westminster, British Columbia, CanadaAdministration Supervisor – New Westminster, British Columbia, CanadaCompensation range: $52,200.00 – $72,500.00 annuallyInternational Programs Group (IPG) is an independent Third-Party claims Administrator which provides claims services for Lloyd’s of London syndicates, self-insured entities, or organizations with high deductibles or Self Insured Retention. Today IPG works with Canada’s largest network of independent adjusting firms across the country. Operating out of Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, each office is staffed with specialized senior examiners and qualified desktop examiners. We have regional expertise and are licensed in all Canadian provinces.Working within a team environment, the Administrative Supervisor will be responsible to coordinate account management relating to assigned key Insurer clients.We have an existing prospect to add a full-time Administration Supervisor to our team!This position is Hybrid and may require attendance to the office for training, client meetings, or team meetings with ample notification.Account ManagementSet up, recommend and administer design and on boarding of new client accounts so that data receives proper linkage to bordereaux trust and MI reportsCreate administration guidelines to ensure appropriate details of file setup as requested by clientsAdminister and maintain client guidelines creating financial links and MI lines as requiredPrepare templates and data for Financial Analysis and Profitability of client accountsAssist in the design of workflows to create efficiencies for client accounts and specific client initiativesCommunication with external (client) and internal (Sales and Operations) stakeholdersPrepare operational data and measure against client (contractual) expectations and provide detailed performance reports to clientsIntegration of Third Party Vendor and Client claims management systemsOversee internal file protocol reviews in conjunction with IPGContinuously work to enhance relationships with Insurer clientsCommunicates with client re: trust account balances and sufficienciesWorks with Finance to ensure smooth cheque issuance workflowWorks with Examiners to facilitate payment cash calls and scheme advancesFacilitate data for production of MI reportsReconcile our Database to Third-party systemsBordereaux to Trust account reconciliationsEmployee DevelopmentSupervise other admin staff with respect to project mgmt., including MI reports and complex bordereaux productionProvide assistance and direction to Finance and IPG ExaminersQualifications & Experience3 – 5 years’ experience with IPG or equivalent experience with other TPAPrevious Supervisory experienceKnowledge and experience of Insurer and Lloyd’s practicesProficient in ExcelKnowledge of third party vendor systems used by InsurersExcellent communication skills – the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external associates either verbally or in writing.Teamwork – must genuinely intend to work cooperatively with othersInitiative – being proactive in suggesting solutions to internal or external associates to improve process.Technical Experience – the ability to provide direction and review to assure that files meet client Key Performance Indicator (KPI) standardsProblem Solving – the ability to look at situations, analyze data, workflows and barriers to creatively provide solutions that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholdersEnvironment/Working ConditionsPositive Team DynamicsAll prospective employees must pass a background checkTime Allocation estimations are subject to changeWe offer a dynamic work environment, career development opportunities, competitive benefits and RRSP matching programs, and many more company perks!We welcome and encourage applications from people with disabilities.
