SKILLS REQUIRED

We are looking for a Hyperion Essbase Developer/Analyst with approximately 2 years of hands-on experience in supporting the design, development, and maintenance of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, with a strong focus on Essbase and data integration

2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Essbase (On-Premises and Cloud platforms).

Robust technical expertise in:

Essbase Calc Scripts

MaxL

MDX

FDMEE / Data Integration

Experience with Smart View reporting and dashboard development.

Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.

The role is primarily focused on technical development and support, including building and maintaining Calc Scripts, MaxL, MDX, data loads (FDMEE), security management, reporting (HFR/Smart View), and troubleshooting activities. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of financial processes and be comfortable working in a developer-focused EPM/BI environment.
