As a SAP Consultant at IBM, you will assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions, such as SAP, to meet client needs.

Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packaged software solutions. Facilitate or support workshops, meetings, project management and stakeholder interviews. Successful applicants must have graduated from a recognized post-secondary institution prior to their employment start date.

Required technical and professional expertise While technical skills and project management abilities are very important, the candidate's leadership potential, client interaction experience, and ability to work effectively within a team will be significant assets to their success in this role.

Project Management & Planning: Basic understanding of organizing tasks,



resources, and timelines to complete projects efficiently.

Analytical Skills: Robust aptitude for evaluating data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions. Openness to assist clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of applications. Quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights.

Willingness to travel. Preferred technical and professional experience Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packaged software solutions. Participation in activities that show leadership and a positive impact on the group or project.
