We're excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as a SCADA Engineer with an established Automation company in the Oakville area!

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SCADA systems and industrial control applications.
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and related automation systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment, control systems, and industrial networks.
- Develop and modify SCADA screens, control logic, alarms, trends, and data collection systems.
- Integrate SCADA systems with PLCs, HMIs, databases, and other plant-floor systems.
- Perform system diagnostics and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and automation.
- Assist with commissioning, testing, and implementation of new automation and control systems.
- Provide technical support to maintenance and production teams as required.

Mandatory Requirements:
- P.Eng Designation




- 3+ years of experience working with SCADA and industrial automation systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with SCADA platforms such as Ignition, Wonderware/AVEVA, Rockwell FactoryTalk, or similar.
- Experience with HMI development and industrial communication protocols.
- Strong understanding of PLCs, industrial controls, electrical systems, and automation networks.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings.
- Engineering degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Controls Engineering, or a related field.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 + paid OT, benefits, RRSP match
