Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook our full menu effectively
• Follow plating standards and recipe specs for quality
• Keep your workstation and kitchen clean and organized
• Monitor stock levels and reduce food waste
• Work late-night shifts safely and efficiently
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of line cook experience required
• South Asian culinary experience is an advantage
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain
• Comfortable working late nights on weekends
• Reliable transport to Milton
