The Lake Louise Ski Area Ltd invites you to join our winter kitchen team at Lake Louise. Qualified candidates will have working knowledge of standard kitchen equipment, stocks, sauces and cooking techniques, with emphasis on food safety and presentation.
You'll prepare items across stations, maintain cleanliness, assist fellow cooks, and comply with sanitation policies. Experience in a high-end establishment is an asset; police background check required; some roles offer optional staff housing.
