The CFO will be a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board of Directors, with a primary focus on leading the global finance organization and overseeing corporate development, financial operations, treasury, and FP&A.; A key responsibility for the CFO will be to lead a significant roll-up strategy across North American leisure travel agencies and tour operators, including sourcing, negotiating, and closing acquisitions. The successful candidate will be expected to have a strong background in investment banking or private equity, with a proven track record in M&A;,



and to bring a strategic, commercial, and entrepreneurial mindset to the role. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA, CPA, and/or CFA preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
