Required Skills & Qualifications
- Overall 5 years of Agile experience, including 2 years as a dedicated Scrum Master
- Technical background with experience in software development teams
- Proficient in managing stories, risks, dependencies, and impediments in large-scale setups
- Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in collaborating with stakeholders to resolve dependencies
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- SAFe Certified with knowledge of Scaled Agile and SDLC
- Servant leader mindset with strong communication and coaching skills
- Experience in driving continuous improvements and team metrics
- Experience with large-scale models, including PI Planning
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Guide and facilitate Agile teams to deliver high-quality software
- Manage and resolve impediments and dependencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
