Join SkiBig3 as a Seasonal Marketing Coordinator from October 2026 through April 2027. This position focuses on executing media and influencer familiarization trips, ensuring flawless guest experiences. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is vital for the planning and coordination of travel trade and media FAM trips.

You will be responsible for logistics, partner communication, and post-visit follow-up, enhancing visitor experiences. Additionally, support various marketing initiatives throughout the ski season and contribute to content projects and events. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the SkiBig3 FAM calendar and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate and execute influencer and media trips thoroughly
- Liaise with hotel and activity partners for comprehensive FAM itineraries




- Act as the main contact for media and influencers during their trips
- Track media coverage and assist with reporting summaries Requirements:
