Maintenance seeks experienced Seasonal Operators to work in various locations across British Columbia including Williams Lake and Bella Coola. You will operate heavy equipment safely, ensure road cleanliness, and perform necessary manual tasks. This is a temporary role reporting to the Road Foreperson, where teamwork and attention to safety are essential for success. Key Responsibilities:

- Clear snow and ice from roadways safely
- Operate heavy equipment in all weather conditions
- Collaborate with team members on road maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate work reports and equipment logs
- Follow supervisor’s directions on daily schedules Requirements:
- Minimum two years in road maintenance or construction
- Valid Class 1 or 3 license required
- Experience in snow removal preferred
- Heavy Equipment Operating Certificate a plus
