We are looking for a talented Mobile Developer (iOS/Android) to create secure, high-performance mobile applications that deliver exceptional customer experiences.About the RoleAs a Mobile Developer, you will design, develop, test, and maintain Neo Financial's mobile applications while collaborating with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) applications.Build cross-platform features using React Native where applicable.Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and backend services.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance,



and resolve bugs.Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.Implement automated testing and support CI/CD deployments.Stay current with mobile development technologies and best practices.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience developing native iOS or Android applications.Knowledge of Swift/SwiftUI or Kotlin/Jetpack Compose.Experience with REST APIs, Git, and mobile application architecture.Understanding of mobile security, performance optimization, and Agile development.Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred:Experience with React Native.Experience in fintech, banking, or
