JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep – Newmarket, Ontario

REPORTS TO: Inside Sales Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare quotes primarily on Interroll’s Dynamic Storage line
2. Cross train on all relevant product lines to Interroll Canada’s customer base and provide accurate quotes to customers
3. Prepare reports, Sales orders, quotes, order confirmations and other documents by utilizing the company ERP system – SAP
4. Work in conjunction with the Regional Sales Managers to track orders, communicate and coordinate with customers.
5. Work closely with internal departments to meet customer expectations. (Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, Production, etc.)
6. Communicate changes in order status to customers
7. Input new parts and parts orders into SAP
8. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
   
   
   
   

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Align with Interroll’s Growth Performance Culture.
2. Proficiency with SAP is an asset, but not a requirement
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite considered an asset
4. Post secondary education in Engineering or Business considered an asset but not required.
5. Written and spoken French considered an asset but not required.
6. Live in the Greater Toronto Area with the ability to work on site in Newmarket office
7. Must be a team player, flexible and able to cope with tight deadlines and rapid pace
8. Must be able to work within a matrix organization.
9. Must be pragmatic and with a hands-on attitude.
10. Possess the ability to develop strong relationships across the organization.
11. Possess a positive attitude with an ability to absorb and learn quickly.
