Our Evening and Overnight Security Guards keep our Victoria sites safe through the busiest evening hours and the quietest, most independence-driven overnight hours - maintaining the peace, safety, and security of all patrons and clients by enforcing property rules, monitoring access control, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents and emergencies. Respond to medical emergencies and provide First Aid, CPR, or AED support until medical professionals arrive.

Maintain and enforce access control procedures, including managing trespassers and unauthorized persons in a fair and safe manner. Conduct periodic foot patrols of the property to ensure safety and security. Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and identify potential risks or incidents.

Investigate incidents and occurrences and draft detailed incident and occurrence reports. Valid BC Security Worker Licence Security or customer service experience; Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments (indoors and outdoors) Experience in Loss Prevention / Retail Security is an asset. Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
