- Support the account management team across key clients
- Motivate the agency team around client business goals and act as a client advocate
- Lead day-to-day project delivery and alignment across teams and stakeholders
- Prepare client presentations, scopes, and project plans
- Run WIP meetings, set timelines, and ensure expectations are clear and met
- Oversee workstreams, identify risks, and manage timelines and budgets
- Apply and champion agency processes to drive creative quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance
- Challenge briefs and review creative work against client objectives, expectations, and brand standards
- Provide clear, actionable feedback
- Build and grow client relationships across projects and portfolios
- Identify opportunities to expand services and activate agency capabilities for client needs

Requirements

- At least 3-4 years of advertising agency experience in an Account Management role
- Ideally, solid integrated experience
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and be exposed to different agency capabilities
- Self-starter mindset and problem-solving ability
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards
- Drive to learn and develop alongside the business and team
