As an Employer Liaison, you will collaborate with our Career Advisors to secure placements for diverse candidates and engage in employer outreach. Your dedication to fostering relationships within the community will contribute to our impactful employment support programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Career Advisors to secure employment opportunities
• Assess potential worksites for client job suitability
• Create long-lasting employer partnerships for job placements




• Conduct outreach including cold calls and worksite visits
• Maintain accurate CRM data for reporting
Requirements:
• Preferred post-secondary education in a related field
• Experience in full cycle recruitment and business development
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Solid verbal communication and business writing abilities
• Familiarity with Alberta’s labour market and employment opportunities
