Responsibilities

- Evaluate and act on business and partnership opportunities to boost the organization’s development and profitability
- Advise members, clients and stakeholders to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic initiatives
- Develop, retain and ensure the satisfaction of members, clients and stakeholders
- Develop retention tactics and strategies
- Monitor the industry to understand and anticipate trends in the specialty area and make recommendations
- Lead clients and practitioners on sales and service development projects, initiatives and activities impacting multiple business sectors
- Analyze complex problems and develop and implement personalized solutions tailored to client needs
- Serve as specialist and resource person for the unit, members and clients
- Represent the unit before decision-making bodies
- Help represent Desjardins and enter the organization into important agreements with clients
- Develop and maintain business relationships and partnerships with important clients

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field




- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
