The YMCA is looking for a dedicated Sales Specialist for a full-time contract position. This role requires a strong background in sales, customer service, and leadership. You will assist in managing membership functions, coordinate sales follow-ups, and promote a culture aligned with YMCA's Mission and Vision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate sales and renewals ensuring targets are met
• Provide exceptional service at the Sales desk
• Assist in recruitment and development of volunteers
• Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable effectively
• Participate in organizational initiatives and task groups
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Business or Marketing
• Minimum 2 years in sales and customer service
• Leadership experience preferred
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification preferred
