We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Automation & BI Analyst. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies to drive business intelligence and automation solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client expectations, gathering requirements, and leading projects that enhance system performance and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in Power BI, Windows PowerShell, and MySQL
- Experience with SQL, including query optimization and server connectivity
- Strong knowledge of Windows performance troubleshooting and application upgrades
- Experience in agile methodologies and participation in scrum calls
- Team leadership skills, including managing sprints and deliverables

Preferred Skills & Qualifications





- Experience in automation scripting and execution
- Familiarity with system performance testing and engineering
- Stakeholder management experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Lead shift-left and desktop release management projects
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards using various data sources
- Identify and troubleshoot performance issues
- Manage client expectations and gather performance engineering requirements
- Actively participate in agile processes and scrum meetings
