The Senior Bell Valet Attendant plays a key role in delivering exceptional, personalized guest experiences from arrival to departure while supporting the Bell Valet Captain in the daily operation of the Bell & Valet team. As one of the first and last team members guests encounter, the Senior Bell Valet Attendant sets a positive example by consistently demonstrating warm, anticipatory, and professional service in accordance with Forbes Five-Star standards and the values of Spring Creek Resorts.

This position serves as a lead team member, assisting with day-to-day operations, mentoring current and existing Bell & Valet Attendants, coordinating workflow during shifts, and helping ensure service standards are consistently achieved. The Senior Bell Valet Attendant works collaboratively with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services teams while supporting the Bell Valet Captain in maintaining an efficient, organized, and guest-focused arrival experience.
