Introduction

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Salesforce CRM experience to support Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and business transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, process mapping, gap analysis, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, solution architects, QA teams, and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Senior-level Business Analysis experience with Salesforce CRM
- Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and analysis
- Hands-on experience with business process analysis and process mapping
- Strong gap analysis and future-state process design skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce Developers, Salesforce Architects, QA/Test teams, and Project/Product teams
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data and CRM processes
- Knowledge of Salesforce objects and data relationships, workflows/automation, reporting and dashboards, platform capabilities, and integrations
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Additional certifications in Salesforce or related technologies
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience in change management and enhancement initiatives

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze,



and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce initiatives
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Create current-state and future-state process maps
- Perform detailed gap analysis between existing capabilities and desired business outcomes
- Translate business needs into explicit and actionable functional requirements
- Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for Salesforce development teams
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and architects to evaluate solution options and ensure requirements are technically feasible
- Work closely with QA teams to develop and validate test scenarios against approved requirements
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Analyze Salesforce data requirements, including objects, fields, relationships, and data mappings
- Gather and document requirements for Salesforce integrations with external systems
- Support requirements related to Salesforce workflows, automation, reporting, dashboards, and platform capabilities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage requirement traceability and ensure delivered functionality aligns with approved business requirements
- Identify requirement gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential impacts
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support defect triage and resolution by clarifying business requirements and expected functionality
- Assist with change management and enhancement initiatives throughout the Salesforce lifecycle
- Provide post-implementation support and validate that delivered solutions achieve the intended business outcomes
