Civil Lead Engineer Sener

Engineering is seeking an experienced Civil Lead Engineer (P.to provide technical leadership and oversight for major infrastructure projects within Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading civil engineering design activities, managing multidisciplinary coordination, ensuring compliance with local municipal and provincial standards, and overseeing engineering deliverables developed by both local and international design teams. This role requires a highly experienced professional with extensive knowledge of Ontario engineering practices, stakeholder management, and quality assurance processes.





Master or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum 20+ years of progressive civil engineering experience Extensive experience delivering infrastructure projects within Ontario Demonstrated experience working with public sector clients, municipalities, transit agencies, and utility stakeholders Experience managing globally distributed engineering teams is strongly preferred Lead civil engineering design and delivery for complex infrastructure projects. Provide technical direction and mentorship to multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Review, approve, and coordinate civil engineering deliverables through all project phases. Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements. Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
