Tesla is seeking a full-time Engineering Technician specialized in CNC Machining to optimize manufacturing processes. You'll be involved in documentation, toolpath improvements, and validating machining procedures for efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and document CNC machining processes for components • Validate machining procedures before production • Improve toolpaths and cutting parameters for tools • Support machine setup activities and inspections • Train machinists on procedures and best practices
Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field • Minimum 7 years in CNC manufacturing • Solid knowledge of CNC programming and CAD/CAM • Experience with GD&T; principles • Ability to work cross functionally and solve problems
