**About the role:
Key Roles & Responsibilities*** Build an effective QA team, mentor the team and efficiently manage the resources to support the projects and ensure the quality delivery* Guide and provide feedback on team member's performance and behavior* Support EGM on hiring process with acquisition of recent talents* Define test strategy and test plan based on software development plan for the projects* Work with the team to design detailed test cases and setup the test environment* Develop test tools and test scripts to automate the testing* Prepare test report, provide initial issue analysis, and contribute to defect prevention* Participate in the continuous improvement of test processes and methodologies
**Required Skills and Experience*** 10+ years of software quality assurance or test experience in mobile or automotive industry, 3+ years of experience in testing Android code, 3 years as a Scrum lead, Product Owner/Manager, or Team Lead* Solid knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies and tools* Strong experience with test automation framework (e.g.:
Robot Framework / Appium)* Programming skills in common languages, such as Python, JAVA* Knowledge of Scrum/Agile software development process* Knowledge of connectivity technologies* Experience with vehicle communication network protocols (CAN, Ethernet, SOME-IP) as a plus* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills* Strong leadership skills to motivate the teams, work efficiently and deliver on time in a fast-paced work environment* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, coordination skills, and interpersonal skills
**Education and Training*** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field* Advanced degrees and certifications preferred**Compensation:**The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $164,600. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.GM DOES NOT PROVIDE IMMIGRATION-RELATED SPONSORSHIP FOR THIS ROLE.
