Key Responsibilities: • Provide HR advice and guidance to management • Coach leaders on performance and employee relations • Lead design and implementation of HR programs • Support disability management and employee re-entry • Develop and maintain HR reporting metrics
Requirements: • Degree in Human Resources or related field • Minimum 8 years of HR experience • CPHR designation or working towards it • Robust knowledge of HR best practices • Excellent communication and organizational skills
