Collaborating closely with Sales, Regional Management, and Treasury, you will enhance cash flow and manage high-risk accounts. Your ability to analyze variances and create actionable recovery plans will support key stakeholders and executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AR, cash flow, and collections forecasting reports
- Drive enterprise-level collections strategy to improve DSO




- Serve as escalation point for sensitive customer accounts
- Directly manage and develop AR team members
- Partner with internal teams to resolve billing issues Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 10+ years in Accounts Receivable or Credit
- 5+ years in senior management roles
- Solid financial analysis and forecasting skills
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably JDE Your expertise in credit management and collections will be pivotal in supporting GIP's growth and financial integrity.
