Who you are

- 5+ years experience in data or analytics roles

- Advanced level proficiency in SQL and Python for data analytics

- Experience with 1 or more dashboarding tools, Git & DBT

- Experience with web analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc)

- Mentorship experience with a keen interest in teaching and peer reviewing work from other team members

- Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and model a high volume of relational and potentially unstructured data

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting data and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

- This isn’t a place where we are convincing the business the value of data or just using these tools for the first time

- We have maturity in our technical practices, launch a current experiment every day, and we are looking for teammates to roll up their sleeves, build intelligent systems and shape decisions with data

- Leverage complex datasets to generate actionable insights that influence strategy and drive business outcomes

- Support development and testing of rules: help define objectives, use data to inform and optimize rules, analyze A/B tests,



and measure impact on key metrics

- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to enable self-service analytics across the organization

- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, finance, and other teams to scope analytical projects and deliver insights

- Communicate complex findings clearly and effectively through presentations, reports, and data storytelling tailored to various audiences

- Advocate for data quality, governance, and best practices to ensure consistency, reliability, and security of data assets

- Mentor junior analysts and interns and contribute to the growth of the broader analytics community within the organization

- Participate in weekly syncs, sprint planning, and cross-team channels to stay aligned on priorities and incident response

- Independently identify high-impact business problems and develop the right data-driven solutions
