Your expertise will guide the projects from construction completion to commercial operation, ensuring technical oversight and resource optimization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of Commissioning Managers
- Oversee execution across utility-scale battery projects
- Manage staffing priorities and mobilization schedules
- Develop commissioning strategies and plans for projects
- Serve as the senior escalation point for technical issues Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years in commissioning or renewable-energy EPC
- Direct experience with utility-scale battery systems
- Robust understanding of electrical power systems
