Our client in downtown Toronto is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Support to join its team in office for a contract role. If you are looking for a new challenge and are not afraid to jump in and get the work done then this is the job for you!

The Job!

As the Kitchen Support, you will provide high quality service to all employees, ensuring cleanliness and organization within the office. Your daily responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Ensuring all equipment is in working order and that common spaces are clean
• Booking, preparing, and resetting meeting rooms for customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitoring and ordering stock of supplies in the lunchroom and coffee stations and preparing coffee
• Updating manager of significant issues regarding operations, complaints,
  
  
  
  or deficiencies in supplies
• Completing various office requests and assisting with moves
• Assisting with customer inquiries or requests
• Other related tasks, as required

What you bring to the job

You are someone with a can-do attitude and work well with others. In addition to this, you come with:

• Exceptional customer service skills, with experience in hospitality
• Work experience in a cafe/service environment
• Great interpersonal skills and professionalism
• Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and solve problems
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 60 lbs.
