Administer medications intravenously, intramuscularly, and subcutaneously in patients’ homes, specialty clinics, and Physician Partnership clinic settings Assess and monitor patients before and after injection/infusion treatments according to program protocols Complete documentation in accordance with policies, procedures, College of Nurses requirements, and Innomar ISO standards Educate patients and caregivers on product monographs and program protocols Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints Provide reliable availability to meet nursing and clinic scheduling and performance needs Coordinate with patients, caregivers, case managers, physicians, pharmacy, scheduling, and other departments Arrange patient appointments and drug delivery to homes and clinics Participate in web-based team meetings, training sessions, and specialized client-related training Maintain professional nursing standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and provide oversight and delegation to RPN/LPN staff as authorized Travel within the designated IBU and surrounding IBUs to meet operational needs Follow nursing, clinic, health and safety standard operating procedures and work instructions Complete ongoing and annual education and training May be required to be on standby/on call Perform other related duties as required Requirements

Qualified Registered Nurse with current registration and a valid license from the applicable provincial nursing regulatory body Current CPR certification for healthcare providers required At least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse At least one year of experience initiating IVs Experience in a critical care, emergency, acute care inpatient/outpatient, or home care setting ACLS, PALS, MS and CVAA certifications, and experience with central venous lines/ports are considered assets Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook (email), MS Word, PowerPoint, and other applicable computer programs Access to a home computer, internet connection, printer, fax machine,



and cell phone for making and confirming appointments/assignments Excellent customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work autonomously with little supervision as part of a larger remote team Able to travel to clinics and home care appointments within a defined geographical area Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry is an asset Strong critical thinking, analytical, mathematical, organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Effective interpersonal and leadership skills Excellent presentation skills Self-directed and able to work independently in a fast-paced workplace Hold and maintain a valid, non-expired, unrestricted driver’s license and insurance coverage May have daily contact with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients, or peers from cross-functional teams Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in administering medications and patient assessment in home and clinical settings, while ensuring compliance with nursing standards and protocols.
