Be a part of a culture that doesn't just wait for change but actively creates it—where your skills and values drive our collective progress and impact.Position DetailsJob Title : Manufacturing Operator – PharmaType : Term (24 months)Department : ProductionReports To Title : Manufacturing SupervisorShift: Rotation : (Mon-Fri: 2 weeks 0730 – 1600; 2 weeks 1530 – 0000)General ResponsibilitiesReporting to a Manufacturing Supervisor, you are responsible for the completion of all Manufacturing processes, accuracy of corresponding documentation, and strict adherence to established standard operating procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture tablets and capsules, dispensing product, equipment operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and cleaning.Ensure accuracy of corresponding documentation and strict adherence to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).Use of basic hand tools and measuring tools to carry out machine setups and adjustments. Training will be provided.Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (cGMP)



and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.Education & Experience RequirementsCompletion of Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Certificate preferred.Working knowledge of the associated regulations that govern the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.Previous manufacturing experience is an asset.Technical and Professional RequirementsAbility to meet physical demands such as twisting, lifting, bending and reaching.Good English verbal, reading and writing skills with a proven ability to follow exact guidelines.Basic mathematical & mechanical skills.Self-motivated, positive attitude, attention to detail and a team player.
