Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with mobile devices and applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical users.
- Proficient at identifying the root cause of issues and finding effective solutions.
- Solid interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Experience with diagnostic tools, software, and ticketing systems for case management.
- Relevant technical degree and experience with mobile operating systems and development tools.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in iOS Application Development.
- Experience in Mobile Computing - Android.
- Experience in Product Support - Product Engineering.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing,
and resolving technical software and hardware issues reported by users.
- Providing support to users via phone, email, or in-person to ensure effective use of mobile applications and devices.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining mobile systems, software, and network connectivity.
- Creating and updating knowledge base articles and documentation for issues and solutions.
- Working with development teams to report user feedback, suggest improvements, and provide insights for future products.
- Developing and using monitoring tools to detect and address issues and optimize application performance.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective and empathetic communication and timely resolutions.
