JOB DESCRIPTION Location: Hybrid | Scarborough

Duration: 12 Months

Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for an SFTP and Cash Management Analystto make the necessary administrative and system configuration changes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

Typical Day in role:

Support the seamless migration of clients from a legacy platform to a new application.

Review customer file requirements and analyze inbound files.

Make the necessary administrative and system configuration changes

Activate customers and support go – live activates

Contact customers as required and monitor successful post–migration processing.

Performance Measurement:

Weekly one-on-one

How many customers can migrate and how many of those customers are impacted.

Must Have Skills:

Minimum 1+ year of experience in Cash Management.

Hands-on experience supporting client migration or implementation projects.

Experience with SFTP setup, implementation, and troubleshooting.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

Strong attention to detail.





Customer support or client-facing experience is considered an asset.

Experience managing and engaging with stakeholders.

Soft Skills Required:

Strong time management and organization skills.

Excellent Written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Education:

Post-secondary education in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
