Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in IT service management, with specific expertise in managing IT/OT services
- Proven experience in a highly regulated environment with continuous development software cycles
- In-depth knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., ISA-95)
- Experience with Public Key Infrastructure
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Execute the IT/OT service strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead the design of IT/OT services ensuring robustness, scalability, and alignment with security standards
- Manage the lifecycle of IT and OT projects, including implementation and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and partners
- Guide and mentor the IT operations team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
