The client is seeking a Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in designing and developing large-scale, multi-client web applications. The successful candidate will have robust hands-on expertise in Java, Oracle/SQL, RESTful Web Services, microservices, and enterprise application development. The developer will be responsible for translating technical specifications into high-quality, tested applications, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting implementations and migrations, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

- Translate technical system specifications into working, tested applications.
- Develop detailed programming specifications and application code.
- Design, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain applications.
- Develop and support large-scale, multi-client web applications.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and RESTful Web Services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to software applications, implementations, conversions, and migrations.
- Participate in application design, architecture, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Apply object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, refactoring, and clean-code practices.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in design walkthroughs and technical discussions.
- Elicit and document requirements and technical information from business stakeholders and subject matter experts.




- Conduct impact assessments and support application customizations and extensions.

MUST-HAVES

- 10+ years of software development/design experience with large-scale, multi-client web applications
- 10+ years of hands-on Java development
- Strong experience with Oracle and/or SQL databases
- 5+ years of hands-on REST API / RESTful Web Services experience
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of JWT, OAuth 2.0, and SSL Certificates
- Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills
- Knowledge of design patterns, refactoring, and clean-code practices
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
- Strong application design, development, testing, debugging, deployment, and troubleshooting experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

NICE-TO-HAVES

- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Experience with PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix Shell Scripting, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
- Experience with Oracle EBS modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Collections, Accounts Payable (AP), Inventory (INV), FND
- Experience with SQL tuning and partitioned tables
- Experience with Data Warehousing, ETL, and OBIEE
- Experience with Java and Oracle ADF
