Group is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Advisor to safeguard its legal affairs. You will issue legal opinions, draft essential agreements, and represent the organization in negotiations. Leveraging over eight years of relevant experience, you will work closely with procurement and technology units to align legal support with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Issue legal opinions and validate business agreements
- Analyze and monitor applicable legislation changes
- Negotiate with external organizations and partners
- Coordinate outside attorney mandates
- Draft files for decision-making bodies Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law
- Minimum eight years of relevant experience
- Two years in information technology
- Member of the Quebec Bar
