There is no option to work remotely.Responsibilities Tasks Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areasRespond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunitiesProvide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposalsConduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial productsPrepare reports, research papers, educational texts or articlesConduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development of potential and future trendsReview and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposalsDesign, conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projectsDevelop feasibility studiesConduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotionsDevelop marketing strategiesEnsure appropriate business/commercial licenses are in placeDeliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposiaConsult with clients after sale to provide ongoing supportExamine plans, drawings and site layoutsEnsure that construction permits are obtainedComplete documentation packages and drawing setsCo-ordinate projectCompile, verify, record and process applications, licences, permits, contracts, registrations, requisitions, and other forms and documentsPlan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts,
