We bring high quality food, live charcoal grill, craft drinks and genuine hospitality.We’re building a cocktail program with 33+ signature recipes and we need bartenders who are passionate about their craft and take pride in every drink they make.What You’ll DoPrepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to Ember’s standardsExecute our signature cocktail menu of 33+ recipes with consistency and qualityEngage with bar guests, provide recommendations, and guide them through our cocktail and wine offeringsMaintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all timesAssist servers with drink orders and support overall FOH operations during busy serviceManage bar inventory, track waste, and flag low stock to managementFollow proper pouring standards and portion controlHandle cash and POS transactions accuratelyFollow all opening,
