The role involves supporting learning for all students, aligning school goals with the District Framework for Enhancing Student Learning, and leading initiatives to improve achievement while fostering a safe, caring, and inclusive school culture.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with district management to align school goals with strategic plans and lead sustainable initiatives that improve student achievement. Foster instructional excellence, support staff development, address equity barriers, communicate transparently, engage parents and guardians, and reflect Indigenous commitments in school culture.Develop a comprehensive educational vision and implement it through an actionable school plan. Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, guide resource allocation, and set school priorities. Manage student records, budgets, staffing, timetabling, instructional supervision, scheduling,
