- Own the prospective student journey from inquiry to enrolment.
- Build relationships through phone, email, and in-person events.




- Drive applications and follow-up with leads.
- Deliver engaging presentations about the school’s offerings.
- Track and maintain recruitment data within the CRM. Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or student recruitment.
- Robust relationship-building skills and effective communication.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
- Willingness to travel regularly for recruitment.
