As a Senior Mechanic, you'll collaborate closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and engineering teams.

Your role includes leading troubleshooting efforts, executing preventive maintenance, and evolving training programs for your team. You will make an impact by enhancing the technical capabilities within our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Mentor mechanics in technical repair and development




- Collaborate with Engineering on equipment modifications
- Develop and execute maintenance training and SOPs
- Identify improvements to enhance equipment reliability Requirements:
- Engineering degree or 6+ years maintenance experience
- Strong hands-on experience with specialized manufacturing equipment
- Proven ability to resolve complex mechanical issues
- Experience in coaching or mentoring technical staff
