This is a long-term, remote 1099 prospect. Consultants generally begin with 5–10 hours per week while learning the firm’s methodology, with the potential to grow to 20 and eventually 30+ hours based on performance and client demand. It is not a W-2 role, hours are not guaranteed, and C2C arrangements are not available.

This is best suited for an independent consultant, someone nearing the end of a contract, or someone who wants to build a long-term consulting practice while solving difficult NetSuite problems.

The right person will have:

- 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience
- Advanced SuiteScript 2.x capabilities
- SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder and SuiteAnalytics
- OneWorld and multi-subsidiary experience
- REST/SOAP APIs, SuiteTalk and integrations
- Functional knowledge of financials, O2C and P2P
- Experience leading client discovery through implementation
- The ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to executives
- Authorization to accept direct 1099 work without sponsorship

Key areas of focus include:

- Leading complex NetSuite technology engagements from discovery through implementation and support




- Designing and developing SuiteScript 2.x solutions across major script types
- Architecting integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, SuiteCloud tools, and related technologies
- Translating business requirements into scalable technical designs
- Working across core NetSuite processes, including lead-to-order, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay
- Understanding how technical design decisions affect accounting, general ledger, posting logic, and period-close processes
- Applying AI tools thoughtfully within coding, testing, documentation, analysis, and delivery workflows
- Communicating clearly with business, technical, and operational stakeholders

Preferred experience includes a Masters Degree and SuiteCloud Developer, ERP Consultant, Administrator, or AI-related certifications, along with exposure to SuiteAnalytics, SuiteCommerce, advanced integrations, or performance tuning.

This is not a fit for a pure developer who wants to stay behind the scenes, or for a functional consultant without meaningful technical depth. It is designed for a technically sophisticated NetSuite consultant who can own complex technical work, explain it clearly, and deliver with minimal oversight.
