Roofr is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist for a 12-month contract. This fully remote role supports Canada and US operations, building onboarding, engagement, performance, benefits, and HRIS processes to scale our growing team.

You’ll partner with senior leaders, manage international employment via Deel, and drive proactive people programs in a quick-paced startup environment.
