This role requires a strong program manager who can create structure around ambiguity, establish clear operating mechanisms, coordinate interconnected workstreams, and drive teams toward measurable outcomes. You will own integrated program plans and provide clear visibility into progress, dependencies, risks, decisions, and tradeoffs so that program teams can execute effectively and senior leaders can make informed decisions.

You are comfortable operating in tactical details while maintaining a clear connection to business objectives, program outcomes, and organizational priorities. You can move fluidly between program teams and executive stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, highly visible environment with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities.

This position is remote and reports to the Senior Manager, Business Excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the end-to-end management of complex,

cross-functional programs, including program definition, scope, objectives, workstreams, schedules, milestones, dependencies, governance, and success measures.

- Develop and maintain integrated program plans that establish clear ownership, sequencing, decision points, deliverables, and accountability across participating teams.
- Establish effective program governance and operating rhythms, including status reviews, leadership updates, decision forums, action tracking, and escalation mechanisms.
- Drive execution across multiple workstreams, proactively identifying blockers, dependencies, and gaps and ensuring appropriate owners and actions are established.

- Manage program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, providing clear mitigation strategies, recommendations, and escalation paths.
- Define and track measurable program outcomes and success metrics, ensuring execution remains aligned to strategic and business objectives.
- Provide senior leaders with concise, executive-ready reporting and decision support that communicates program health, progress, risks, tradeoffs, dependencies, and recommended actions.

- Prepare and facilitate executive and cross-functional discussions to drive decisions, resolve competing priorities, and maintain alignment.
- Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments for major program initiatives and translate findings into actionable change strategies and plans.
- Integrate change-management activities into broader program plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, readiness, and reinforcement activities.

- Apply recognized change-management frameworks such as Prosci, Kotter, or equivalent methodologies pragmatically based on program needs.
- Influence without direct authority by building strong relationships, creating shared accountability, and aligning stakeholders around common objectives and outcomes.
- Continuously improve program-management processes, governance mechanisms, and ways of working to increase execution effectiveness and organizational visibility.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong knowledge of change-management disciplines, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, organizational readiness, adoption planning, and reinforcement.
- Working knowledge of recognized change-management methodologies such as Prosci, Kotter, or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, assess trade-offs, structure ambiguous problems, and recommend practical courses of action.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex program information into clear messages for both working teams and executives.
