Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months

Client: Banking client

Salary Range: C$85/Hr. to C$95/Hr.

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced professional to support a portfolio of initiatives within Commercial Banking and Payments. This role focuses on delivering complex, customer-facing digital programs, including online business banking platforms, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, and Business to drive end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10–12 years of Project Management experience
- Robust background in Commercial Banking
- Experience with Payments / Digital Banking
- Proven ability to manage complex, enterprise-level programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working with technical teams (hands-on technical expertise not required)




- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
- Experience with online business banking platforms

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Exposure to regulated financial environments

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs across Commercial Banking and Payments
- Manage initiatives related to customer-facing platforms, online business banking, API, and cloud integrations
- Partner with stakeholders across Product, Technology, and Business teams
- Drive delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting across multiple workstreams
- Ensure alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer experience objectives
