Our energy & resources client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own a enterprise-wide User & Endpoint Migration workstream utilizing Active Directory, Entra and M365 while assisting with Executive communication and Hypercare leadership

Calgary-based office. Candidates will be working 4 days in-office in Downtown Calgary (and 1 day WFH)

Must Haves

- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager supporting large-scale user and endpoint migration programs
- Experience with Active Directory, Entraand M365 migration delivery across end-user and workplace technology environments
- Experience in Organizational Change Management within enterprise migration initiatives
- Experience with Vendor management , executive communications , and Hypercare

Nice to Have
- Oil and Gas/Energy experience
- Executive reporting and decision support

Responsibilities
- Own the user and endpoint migration workstream
- Manage vendor delivery, milestones, resource plans, and contract obligations
- Coordinate migration wave planning, scheduling, and deployment readiness
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, organizational change management, and business readiness activities
- Coordinate support teams, service desk, hypercare, and escalation processes
- Manage migration risks, user impacts, blackout periods, and business disruptions
- Provide executive reporting, decision support, and issue escalation
