Candidates will be working 4 days in-office in Downtown Calgary (and 1 day WFH) 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager supporting large-scale user and endpoint migration programs ~ Experience in Organizational Change Management within enterprise migration initiatives ~ Experience with Vendor management , executive communications , and Hypercare Oil and Gas/Energy experience Manage vendor delivery, milestones, resource plans, and contract obligations Coordinate migration wave planning, scheduling, and deployment readiness Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, organizational change management, and business readiness activities Manage migration risks, user impacts, blackout periods,
