The Senior Project
Scheduler will work within the Scheduling and Cost Planning Team. This role requires extensive experience in project scheduling and construction management, ensuring project timelines align with delivery sequences. You'll be instrumental in advising project teams and senior management while fostering vital relationships with clients and vendors. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain project delivery schedules
- Integrate contractor schedules into master plans
- Identify and mitigate schedule risks effectively
- Develop cost reports using BGIS tools
- Analyze project milestones and performance trends Requirements:
- Over 8 years as a Project Scheduler
- Minimum of 6 years construction experience
- Proficiency in scheduling software, especially MS Project
- Solid knowledge of critical path method
