Position Overview

The Senior Supply Chain & Fulfillment Specialist will manage day-to-day supply chain and fulfillment operations across DTC and B2B channels. This role will coordinate inventory, purchase orders, EDI transactions, 3PL operations, and reporting while working closely with international suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage EDI transactions, including purchase orders, ASNs, invoices, and retailer compliance requirements.
• Track purchase orders, production timelines, and inbound shipments with international suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify shortages and inventory risks.
• Coordinate B2B orders from PO receipt through fulfillment and delivery.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with domestic and international 3PL partners.
• Troubleshoot inventory, fulfillment, carrier, and shipping discrepancies.
  
  
  
  
• Maintain supply chain, inventory, and fulfillment reporting.
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve cost, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, and international partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Fulfillment, or Inventory Management.
• Experience with EDI processes and retailer compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting B2B or wholesale fulfillment.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and reporting.
• Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
