Become a key player in early childhood education at Clayton Brown Public School as a Designated Early Childhood Educator. This full time role emphasizes collaboration and play-based learning for kindergarten students.
The position requires a registered educator in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators. You'll work closely with classroom teachers to implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned with the Full-Day Early Learning-Kindergarten Program. Your responsibilities include observing student progress and maintaining a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teachers to plan developmentally appropriate activities
• Facilitate play-based learning to demonstrate student engagement
• Document student learning using various assessment techniques
• Promote a healthy emotional and social learning climate
• Perform additional duties related to the Early Learning Curriculum
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators
• Knowledge of the Full-Day Early Learning-Kindergarten Program
• Experience in behavior management techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Initiative and positive decision-making abilities
