Role Summary The Data Steward 3 – SAP HR will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end data migration activities from SAP ECC HCM (PA/OM) to SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). This role requires deep hands-on expertise in data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and overall data strategy for SuccessFactors implementations. The consultant will act as the Employee Central module lead and work onsite with stakeholders in Ottawa.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute data migration from SAP ECC PA/OM to SuccessFactors Employee Central.

- Define and implement the data strategy and detailed data migration plan.

- Extract HR data from SAP ECC (PA/OM), transform it to SuccessFactors EC formats, and load it into EC.

- Perform end-to-end data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.

- Serve as Employee Central Module Lead during implementation activities.





- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

- Support testing cycles, cutover planning, and post-load validation activities.

- Ensure compliance with client standards and federal/regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience delivering SAP ECC HCM (PA/OM) to SuccessFactors Employee Central data migrations.

- Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central data models and migration tools.

- Prior experience as Employee Central Module Lead on at least one full implementation.

- Employee Central Certification – Mandatory.

- Solid understanding of HR master data, organizational data, and employee lifecycle processes.

Preferred / Nice to Have

- Experience with SAP ECC HCM beyond PA/OM.

- Prior experience working on public sector or regulated accounts.
